If you have on the topissues preference it shows items that might normally be suppressed.  For example I saw one library with their ILL item as the top circulating items ... and that shouldn't show on that list because it's suppressed from the OPAC.

I would like to see this improvement as well. Our library has hidden some of the search filters due to internal circulating items appearing on the most popular list. We would also like these suppressed items to be hidden in the top issues.
