Description Nicole C. Engard 2015-03-30 19:15:00 UTC
If you set an opac description for a lost authorized value it only shows on the detail page - the results says 'lost' no matter what you set as the opac descriptions.

This is the same for 'not for loan'.
Comment 2 Katrin Fischer 2015-04-02 22:27:43 UTC
Hi Nicole,

I think there is no way to tell the "right" description from the authorised values as the value that displays in the result list is a summary - it's a group description for the number of items in the various lost or not for loan status on the record.
Comment 3 Katrin Fischer 2015-04-02 22:31:38 UTC
Hm, I think I misunderstood (it's terribly late...) - you meant the admin area?
Comment 4 Nicole C. Engard 2015-04-03 00:34:09 UTC
No, I mean the OPAC search results - it says lost instead of 'missing' if that's the description. But then when you click the title you'll see missing instead of lost in the holdings table.
Comment 5 Katrin Fischer 2015-04-03 07:27:03 UTC
What I meant is that you have a record with lots of items and about five different status of 'not for loan' between them, it will say 5 'for reference' in the result list - because it's a count of all of them, independent of the individual description.
