This is the same for 'not for loan'. Hi Nicole, I think there is no way to tell the "right" description from the authorised values as the value that displays in the result list is a summary - it's a group description for the number of items in the various lost or not for loan status on the record. Hm, I think I misunderstood (it's terribly late...) - you meant the admin area? No, I mean the OPAC search results - it says lost instead of 'missing' if that's the description. But then when you click the title you'll see missing instead of lost in the holdings table. What I meant is that you have a record with lots of items and about five different status of 'not for loan' between them, it will say 5 'for reference' in the result list - because it's a count of all of them, independent of the individual description. |
