Hi Jill, which feature are you using for creating your analytical records? The EasyAnalytics feature or the "New > New child record" link from the staff detail screen? (In reply to Katrin Fischer from comment #1) > Hi Jill, > > which feature are you using for creating your analytical records? > The EasyAnalytics feature or the "New > New child record" link from the > staff detail screen? Hello Katrin, I use the Analytics feature from the staff detail screen when I'm creating a child record. Hm, I didn't phrase my question well :) I think both happen from the staff detail screen, but are different features: If you are using "New > New child record" it's not possible possible to automatically add the vol. no., as this feature works on record level. You can put the information manually in 773$g EasyAnalytics work on item level - so the information about vol./ no. should be stored in the serial enumeration field of the host record's item. I just checked, this also shows on the child record's item. But it's not added to the 773 field automatically and will not show up on exporting. So I think the latter might be the problem. Is this bug still valid? If so please update the version information. Hm, I think this worked ok in my testing - changing to WORKSFORME. Please reopen if we missed something. |
Created attachment 40547 [details] no indication of journal's vol. no. KOha 3.16.4 OS Debian I need the child record (article) to show the (host record) journal's vol. no. it is from. I created the child record using analytics from the host record. I discovered upon searching for the child record, I was not able to see the journal's vol. no., I can only see the journal title. Thank you.
