add new subscription

Tested with current head (3.01.00.145) and different date settings (mm/dd/yyy and dd/mm/yyyy)

I think it is perhaps a problem with frequency irregular, not sure about other frequencies.

See screenshots for the exact settings to reproduce the problem.

1. create new subscription
- don't add items
- frequency irregular

2. dates for first issue look fine on subscription overview and receive.

3. receive first issue. Dates are broken for the predicted next issue, showing as
XXX or 02/00/0.

This bug is no longer valid - the rewrite of the serials descriptions changed how irregular frequencies work.
