---- Reported by oleonard@myacpl.org 2009-03-12 07:06:54 ---- Our patrons are confused by the language on opac-user.pl used to describe holds which are pending. All pending holds, whether they are available or checked out, display "Item waiting to be pulled." To our patrons that means that the item is on the shelf and is waiting only for us to go to the shelf and retrieve it. "Waiting to be pulled" would be good language to use if the OPAC distinguished between items which are available and items which are checked out. Otherwise a more neutral "Pending" would be more appropriate. ---- Additional Comments From oleonard@myacpl.org 2009-03-16 08:24:39 ---- Created an attachment Proposed fix, changing message to "Pending" ---- Additional Comments From gmcharlt@gmail.com 2009-03-27 23:48:14 ---- Patch pushed to HEAD.
