Bug 1577 - update INSTALL to mention need to translate templates
Bug 1577 - update INSTALL to mention need to translate templates |

I had a lot of people asking me how to install the German sample files. I think when using the packages or the smaller tar balls from the home page people run into problems with the languages. I think a low tech solution could be to add a note to the first page of the web installer informing why a langauge might not show up in the pull down liest and what to do about it. And a note to the installation manuals. Good suggestion from Katrin! Being able to select from a list one or more translations to install while running Makefile.PL would also be a cool feature!
