Hello Mike, our calendar (https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17015) is supposed to handle this already, not as a maintenance script, but when calculating fines, the borrower won't be charged for the extra day. Can you try your scenario and let us know? Thanks! Mehdi Hamidi Hello Mehdi, is great if your new calendar solve fines. But at my point of view is it part of problem. If dates are not corrected on new close working day, user see this date in profile, librarians in details of title. It can make chaos situations and really to confuse borrowers. What did you think about this? Mike Hello Mike, Unfortunately our calendar doesn't support this. But if a holiday was added after the checkout, it can also be removed before the check-in. This might not be a good idea to adjust the dates every time. I think as long as the borrower doesn't pay a fine for the extra days, there's not a real need for a maintenance script. Mehdi Hamidi |
