Confirmed.. how silly. The certificate looks solid to me, it's 'letsencrypt' but that shouldn't go against it. Hi, Chris will need to investigate this one. :) Cheers, Liz Yeah it's letsencrypt, there isn't much we can do about that. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=bugs.koha-community.org&s=72.14.190.217 It gets a B (we support a couple of weaker encryption routines, that I will turn off) But the cert itself is fine. |
Created attachment 84957 [details] EE user screenshots - cannot connect to Bugzilla Hello, The bugs.koha-community.org website is blocked by mobile network EE in the UK. When trying to access it using 4G or mobile data provided by EE, the site is blocked due to the security certificate on Bugzilla. One person in the EE community thinks this is caused by EE not doing browser fallback. Several users have tried and all have the same problem independent of hardware.
