Hi Stephanie, how are you renewing? Scanning in the item again or from the renewal tab? Probably not a duplicate, but reads similar to bug 18450. |
Created attachment 87686 [details] Permissions settings I've tried to set permissions so that no one but SuperLibrarians have the power to override blocked renewals (particularly for over the renewal limit or items that have a hold). I did the permission in Administration and also in everyone's individual permissions. But the regular staff still see the option to override the hold and renew.
