Cait,
On master (19.12.00.006)Copier fees doesn't show as a manual debit type.
I wonder if when they moved it into this table they removed it since it would be easy for someone to add if they wanted it?

Hi Lisette, you are right - it doesn't appear in new installations, but it will for updated installations if there are a bit older - there is an update in updatedatabase adding it:
$dbh->do("INSERT INTO authorised_values (category,authorised_value,lib) VALUES ('MANUAL_INV','Copier Fees','.25')");
I wonder if it's worth changing that?
