Once you close an order, there is no way to edit it - which is how it should be.  The problem is that there is a work around this.  If I edit the catalog record by changing the title or overlaying another record on it I also change the acq order.  I know that the order is linked to the bib record, but we might need to store the information from the order in another table so that it cannot be changed - for accounting reasons, the ability to change an order is not good at all.

I am not sure how we can find a way to make it possible to do corrections and undo single steps in acq, but block changes to things that should not be changed. Perhaps we need a permission system to achieve that.
At the moment there is no way to block changes to the bibliographic records linked with an order.
