I think it's a little harsh to have them just sit in front of the library. If we don't allow them to 'alert' we should probably at least display information about the pickup not being ready yet? Or a library might want to put a "rush" on it if the patron is already waiting (and allow the alert)? Lisette, what's your opinion on this?
