Description Donna 2022-08-04 16:29:57 UTC
Many libraries are moving away from the big vendors (and their bulk record files for import) and are looking for a way to import batches of records.

For instance, if I order 20 items from Amazon, etc, I have to import each record one by one. It would be helpful to have a tool where I could enter a list of ISBNs, select one of my z39.50 targets, and import the records that are found.

The function would need to have some sort of matching rules that could be applied, and have the results in a grouped set like it is with staged record batches.

Similar enough that we should have all ideas in one thread for sure :)
