Do you have some more information on how we can recreate the error? When the cataloging is completed, field 100 presents error 500 in the system. but if it is cataloged and field 100 is left blank, it allows saving and creating items. As the koha system was updated, from version 22.05 to 11.22.01 also the fines do not apply, the system is in ubuntu 20.04 and mariadb 10.5 I don't see any issues when cataloguing new items/bibliographic records and fines seem to apply fine. Can you please add a step by step on how to reproduce the issue? Do you mean items or bibliographic records? Are you using Zebra or Elasticsearch? Are you trying to link to an authority on field 100?
