Still valid on current master? As of 18.05 this is still not a feature and is requested by PCCLD staff. We migrated to Koha about 6 months ago and realized this would be a super helpful feature to have. If we need to check the status of an item and don't want to check it in, we use "Search Catalog" and enter the barcode, but when there are multiple copies held at multiple locations you still have to sort through all the items to find the correct one. A status check that quickly tells staff if the item is checked in/out, lost, missing, available, or something else would be awesome! |
