Current options for circulation notices do not include voice/phone. Can this option be added.

Phone notifications will show as an option if you enable the PhoneNotification system preference. See Bug 25334, in which this was added.

But Koha does not contain any mechanism to actually place those calls; that would rely on some third party service/software and probably a plugin. For example, this blog post includes discussion of how to set up Twilio Voice in Koha: https://bywatersolutions.com/education/koha-question-of-the-week-twilio-koha

Are you looking just for a way for patrons to indicate that they'd like to be called? Or for something within Koha to place those calls?

I am looking for a way for patrons to indicate that they would like to be called vs sms vs email.

If you enable the PhoneNotification system preference you will get a phone option in the messaging preferences table.

There is also a new field "main contact method" that can be edited by the patron in the OPAC and be set to one of the phone options.
