Sometimes library staff forget to add an order to a basket from a suggestion, even though the relevant suggestion exists and has been accepted.

It would be great to have an option to link a suggestion to an order after it has been created.

Hi Aleisha, have a look at bug 31632 and dependencies - I think this is likely a duplicate.
