Advanced editor interface hang when trying to edit an existing catalogue record. No problem editing using the standard editor. Switched to Advanced editor, you then get an egg timer with "Loading, please wait ..." message.

Same problem here. I get two XML syntax errors. The second one is very detailed and is reproducible with other records.

The XML breaks here and seems not to be generated properly?
Comment 3 Felix Klein 2023-12-01 09:02:53 UTC
I have the same problem. The intranet-error.log shows:

[cgi:error] malformed header from script 'bib': Bad header: Invalid-metadata, referer: /cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/editor.pl
Comment 4 Katrin Fischer 2023-12-01 09:27:36 UTC
Hi, this is very likely a duplicate to
Bug 35181 - Can no longer edit sample records with advanced cataloguing editor
See there for versions this will be fixed in.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 35181 ***
