Staff always received a “New Purchase Suggestion Email” notice from the same record every exchange status to “Accepted” and “In-Ordered”. The notice for “New Purchase Suggestion Email’ should be received once after patron submits the purchase suggestion form.

Which version are you using? I think we are seeing the same problem on Koha 22.11.12. Looks like suggestions are generating too many messages, and messages of the wrong kind.
Comment 2 Jimmy 2024-01-17 23:40:29 UTC
currently my version is 23.05.04
Comment 3 Magnus Enger 2024-01-22 09:51:21 UTC
My problem is with messages sent to patrons, so I have created a separate bug for that: bug 35854.

We are experiencing this issue, too. Staff are receiving a new email every time the status of a purchase suggestion changes and also when staff have declined a suggestion. We are on version 23.05.07

still don't have updates.
