The file should not contain any additional information / header rows, e.g. a file with a single title would be structured as follows:

As a last minute change we decided that additional columns would be ignored - we could now adapt the help text accordingly.

I'm removing all the help text in bug 36381 as we would now support additional file types as well as handling additional columns so we won't have need for any of that text any more :)
