"item" in ERM context can be a specific level for COUNTER reports. In that case "item" means a chapter of a book or an article of a journal.
It should be translated differently from an "item" linked to a bibliographic records.

Ex. in french : 
- ERM context : item = "élément de contenu"
- bibliographic context : item = "exemplaire"

But in weblate the string "Items added" is used in both context (https://translate.koha-community.org/translate/koha/main/staff-prog/fr/?checksum=257aa5e7e1072364 ) :
