I noticed that the cn_sort field is blank for the non-working items, and "null" for working items, which have call numbers. Our textbooks do not have call numbers and so perhaps they are the offending items. This sounds more like a support request than a bug report/enhancement request and as such would be better suited for our mailing lists or the community chat on Mattermost (https://chat.koha-community.org). Maybe some first hints: 942$c is only mandatory for Koha to work correctly, if you are using item-level_itypes set to "biblio". If you have set this to "item", you need to make sure all your items have an itemtype set. Also homebranch and holdingbranch are mandatory as well. The error might be a problem with the record itself, but please ask follow-up question in the support channels mentioned above. |
