Actually, the itype column plus the Action column should be locked together. +1, setting the first three columns (Patron category, Item type, and Actions) to "stick" as you scroll to the right would make editing the circ rules much easier. Similarly, I’d like to suggest adding duplicate Patron Category and Item Type columns at the end of the table as well. This would make it easier to identify each row without having to shrink the screen down to an unreadable ant size. I just saw Laura's suggestion -- that would even better. +1 Agree with Laura's suggestion to have the first three columns "stick" as you scroll right. It would be super helpful!
