Hi Alexander, thanks for logging this as a bug. The Documentation team has decided (please don't ask me to go through our meeting minutes to check when exactly!) that the FAQ chapter was not fit for purpose anymore. We will slowly empty it by moving content to the relevent Manual chapters and deleting what is clearly out of date. We have also agreed that the more technical information usually belongs in the Wiki. See https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Documentation_-_Content_Development_Guide#Koha_Manual_vs._Koha_Wiki It will be up to whoever picks up this bug to review the particular section you highlight. As you seem to have the knowledge required to update this type of information (while, clearly, I don't :-D) please do consider submitting a correction to the Manual yourself. https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Editing_the_Koha_Manual Hello Aude, I'll update the Wiki accordingly. One issue was that the wiki linked to a page (in the wiki?) that does not exist any more and it looked like the FAQ is moved to the manual. But if it's the other way round :) Oh dear; sounds like we changed things round a few times over the years! Certainly doesn't make it easy :-) (In reply to Aude Charillon from comment #3) > sounds like we changed things round a few times over the years! This can happen. And a project certainly has to live long enough to have this luxury problem ;) I added the lines to https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Troubleshooting_Zebra#Doing_a_manual_re-index For sake of completeness: https://koha-community.org/faq/ would require an update if the FAQs go to the wiki. |
