The ERM should give useful insigths regarding an agreement :
- what does it contain
- how much does it cost
- to what extent is it used
- and be able to cross-reference these data to help us answer the question, "Is it worth keeping for the future?"

It is not yet possible to track costs, but it is also not really possible to track usage, because there is no link between agreements and "data sources".

Not sure of the best way to do that, because in some case 1 agreement <=> 1 data source but in other cases it may be more complicated.
