Bug 41702: Update MARC21 authority frameworks to Update 41 (December 2025)

This patch updates the MARC21 default authority frameworks to
include changes brought by Update 41 to the MARC21 format.

See https://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/adapndxf.html for the
list of changes.

Changes to field 368
- Added subfield $4 - Relationship (R)
- Added subfield $i - Relationship information (R)

Changes to field 376
- Added subfield $4 - Relationship (R)
- Added subfield $i - Relationship information (R)

Changes to field 381
- Added subfield $4 - Relationship (R)
- Added subfield $i - Relationship information (R)

Changes to field 884
- Subfield $g renamed to Conversion date/time

To test:
1. Apply patch and restart_all
2. Go to Administration > Authority types > Default
3. Check that the additions/modifications are correct as per
   the list above

NOTE: This change only applies to NEW installations. For
existing installations, you must make the changes yourself
in Administration > Authority types. This is to avoid
overwriting customizations libraries might have made to their
authority frameworks.
