To replicate:

1. Search for an authority record in the authorities module.

2. Click on an authority record.

3. Click on the hamburger button on the search bar and note that the "Authority type" that you are searching by has been changed from "Default" to the specific authority type of the record that you are currently viewing.

It would make more sense for the authority type to stay as "Default" rather than automatically limiting the search to only one type of authority.

It is common for me to search for multiple types authorities in the authorities module. For example, I may search for a topical term and look at an authority record, and then afterwards perform a search for a personal name.

Since the choices on the hamburger menu are hidden until you click on it, it is not clear that your search has been limited to only one type of authority after viewing an authority record. This can cause confusion when doing another authority search and no results are retrieved.
