Description Chris Cormack 2011-06-01 22:45:07 UTC
From HLT
"When we place an order in acquisitions it is placed against the current active budget (determined by dates).

At this time of year we need to be assigning SOME orders against the next active budget (ie the next 12 month period).

In 2.2 we had a check box where we could allocate an order against 'next budget'. We need this back please."

What the button will do is use the next active period for the fund selected

The Fund will need to have the same code for this to work, eg FI in both budget periods.

What you can currently do is start your new budget early and then already order against it - even if it's still marked inactive. Or you can move the orders to a new fund on receiving them. Does this help?
