Note sure this is a bug. (In reply to Nicole C. Engard from comment #0) > that could cause problems if done by the wrong person. Maybe you can play with permissions? This is sometimes useful if an error in the price is discovered after receiving the item. We should not block it without further thought. In addition to errors sometimes you may need to apply a partial refund which the vendor issues after you have received the item. This is a common occurrence with Amazon's "lowest price" guarantee.
