If you are creating items on order the system preference opachiddenitems can hide the order items and the order record (if there are no other items attached to it) nicely. You can tie it to the department location, a special itemtype, the library or whatever. There is also bug 12743 that will allowto set the opac suppression by default for all ordered records. As there is no way to set opac suppression only for some records during odering, I am leaving this open. You can now fully configure how the form looks like using the ACQ framework. |
