Created attachment 51734 [details] Screen Capture about software error When I search some keywords and it shows me software error. How can I fix it? Thanks!
hi Janice, can you give more info? - what version of Koha?, - what installation type of Koha?, (eg: .deb packages?) - what operating system version? - what keywords are you searching on?
Koha version: 3.08.11.000 Where can I find the installation type and operating system version? I am searching on "csj" one of the journal I catalogued to koha.
Sounds like badly encoded MARC data to me, but that's just a hunch/guess.
Something go wrong...I don't know how to fix it...
Janice, I'm guessing the problem is your data. How many records do you have in your database? Are you using MARC21 or UNIMARC?
By the way, since this looks like a data issue, it would probably be more appropriate and useful to discuss this on the listserv: http://lists.koha-community.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/koha-devel
Hi David, I got total 649 records in my database and I using MARC21. I through the data problem should be what I input on 23/5. Since I inputted and I can't search the word "csj", "journal" etc... Should I delete this MARC record? Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by 23/5, but if you know which record is causing the problem, I would suggest deleting it. You'd probably want to save/export it first so that you can re-import the record's data in again later. I would recommend trying this tool plugin: https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-marc-checker It might help to find problems with your records.
