We are using Koha :16.05.05.000

While cataloguing the records, we got this message.

Software error:

Not a HASH reference at /usr/share/perl/5.18/Module/Load/Conditional.pm line 216.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Kindly suggest how to rectify it.

How did you install Koha?

Which OS are you using?
