Hello everyone! I accidentally upgraded Koha by running my usual security minded "apt-get update" "apt-get upgrade" routine on my Debian (jessie) server. The web installer had me jump through some hoops and do a few tricks to make it happy and now when I get to the final page with the "Everything went okay. Update done." message, I click "Continue to login to Koha" and I end up back at the page that says "Web installer › Check Perl dependencies" which I have already been through. It is endless repeat. Repeat. Repeat....you get the idea (I hope). I cannot get beyond the installer. Please help! Thank you, Father Vlasie
UPDATE! Well, I ran "apt-get update" "apt-get upgrade" again and I noticed another koha update was applied. I then rebooted my server and afterwards I was able to login to Koha successfully. Hurray!
Hi, This is caused by plack being turned on in your installation when the update was run. It is a bug. The work around is to disable plack, restart apache, run the installer, then re-enable plack.
Ok. Thank you!

Just for the record, my Koha did actually update to 17.05 (from 16). I did not disable plack during install since I did not know about this tip.
Yep, that version probably has the fix in it for the bug. :)
