Hi,

We observed that if we place a link in OPAC leading to a search results (to see monthly's new additions for exemple) and we add another filter on these results (available to borrow for exemple, see image 1 with 76 results), when we are consulting the results pages, the OPAC will not hold the 2nd filter and will return to the maximum results for the 1st filter (new items in this this case, see image 2 with 111 results).

This is occurring at the moment we are changing page in results.

This bug is a little bit confusing for users.

Thanks for the help,

Alexandre

Hi Alexandre,

I cannot reproduce this. Could you please add a 'step by step' explanation that I can follow?

Hi katrin,

this problem seems to be in the 19.05 version of koha.

To test:
Do a specific search on the OPAC and be sure to habe enough results to have more than one page
Add this searchs as a link to your OPAC home's page
Click on that link to start the search
Click on the "Limit to currently available items" button
Go to another pages of the results
See that the limit available items is gone.

Does this help you recreate the problem?

Thanks, Patrick.

I've retested this on master and 18.11, both appear to work correctly. Could you please retest?

Can you share the links to your searches? The one created, the one saved on the homepage and the one when you change pages?

Hi Katrin,

I made a video to explain the problem. I tested it in a version 19.05

Do you manage to replicate the problem on your board?

Regards,
Marjorie

I can replicate it now:

1) Use a CCL term in the first search option on advanced search page.
  kw:the
2) Check itemtype: Books
3) Search
4) Limit on available items
5) Page to second page, availability limit appears unchecked left, but still visibile in breadcrumb
6) Page next - now it's lost from the breadcrumb as well
