To Test:

- Place a hold
- Check item in to fill hold
- Revert hold waiting status
- Query the reserves table to see that expiration date has been retained
- Change the value in ReservesMaxPickUpDelay
- Check item in to fill hold again
- Confirm that expiration date has not been re-calculated
