I was looking for a description of a specific feature in Koha that allows automatic adding of some values (like dates) in records. I've found in the manual: https://koha-community.org/manual/19.05/en/html/administration.html#marc-bibliographic-frameworks-label If you would like a field to fill in with today’s date you can use the YYYY MM DD syntax in the ‘Default value’. For example: a default of “Year:YYYY Month:MM Day:DD” (without quotes) will print as “Year:2015 Month:11 Day:30” But I think the syntax has been updated to include << >> a longer while ago, so the documentation needs to be fixed and completed: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7045#c30
