Description Owen Leonard 2020-01-10 18:36:48 UTC
Since we now have "news" items which serve the same purpose as system preferences there really ought to be a separate permission for adding and editing those items.
Comment 1 Donna 2023-02-14 16:44:05 UTC
There definitely needs to be a distinct permission set for what staff can create/edit in the news and html functions. There also needs to be a permission to restrict editing of any of these to the logged in library.
Comment 2 Katrin Fischer 2023-12-31 12:40:04 UTC
We now have different tools that still use the same permission. Maybe we could split the permission for News vs. pages vs. HTML customizations?
