Description jeff96hcs 2020-09-02 09:00:33 UTC
Prerequisites: Must reach the page that says "A confirmation email has been sent containing a link to continue creating an account. The link will expire if an account is not created within 3 days."

Steps to Reproduce:
- Click "New Account" in main tab to go to create account page
- Go to lower right corner of page. Enter e-mail address in text prompt, check the checkbox saying "I have read Bugzilla Etiquette and the Mozilla Community Participation Guidelines and agree to abide by them."
- Click "Create Account" Button

Actual Results:
You arrive at the page that says "A confirmation email has been sent containing a link to continue creating an account. The link will expire if an account is not created within 3 days." However, no confirmation email appears in the inbox or spam of the entered email address

Expected Results:
You arrive at the page that says "A confirmation email has been sent containing a link to continue creating an account. The link will expire if an account is not created within 3 days." A confirmation email should already appear in the inbox or spam of the entered email address

Have you checked to see if the message in the "message_queue" table?

Hi Jeff,

this is the Koha project - an Open source library system.
From your screenshots and the description I am not sure you meant to file the bug here. We don't ask for "I have read Bugzilla Etiquette and the Mozilla Community..." here.

Our test reads:

"To create a Bugzilla account, all you need to do is to enter a legitimate email address. You will receive an email at this address to confirm the creation of your account. You will not be able to log in until you receive the email. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, you may contact the maintainer of this Bugzilla installation at chris@bigballofwax.co.nz."
