I have been trying to sign off Bug 28634 by following the test plan, but when I try to add an ILL request after enabling the ILL module I receive an error that there are no backends installed. It appears that until someone with server access adds a backend to the provisioned sandbox (or until the sandboxes come with the option if having an ILL backend added at the provisioning stage) I will be unable to complete the test with a view to signing of the ILL bug.

It would be great to have the sandboxes set up with some ILL backends pre-installed. I am moving this to the gitlab issue tracker used for the sandbox development:
