Error display at the upgrade process

Database schema upgrade  fail and  giving following Error

Upgrade to 23.06.00.049 [10:40:20]: Bug 31503 - Change patron_consent.type
ERROR: {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Table 'koha_library.patron_consent' doesn't exist at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 741

Hmm, I'm not sure how you've got into the position on not having the patron_consent table at all..

It was added all the way back in 18.11.. I'm thinking you've somehow had it removed.. could you elaborate as to how you've got into this position?

Downgrading from 'critical' to 'normal' as I think this might be a local issue rather than a wider problem.

My Koha hardware server failed, and I attempted to restore a backup of Koha version 20.11 to Koha version 24.11 on a new Ubuntu server by replacing the database. However, The error occurred during the schema upgrade process.
