What do you mean by configurable here?

Hi! I'm puzzled by the title of this bug and surprised by the lack of detail, but it's related to a problem that I have--this is from the support ticket that I opened with ByWater (we are hosted & supported by ByWater), about when I try to print a spine label, looking at a bib record in the staff interface, and I:

"choose the Print Label button (in the Spine Label) column, then edit the label (as usual), then select the "Print this label" button (as one does), then choose my options (per usual), then I click the "Print using system dialog..." all the spawned windows will vanish! No printing for me! All gone bye, bye! But if, instead of selecting the "Print using system dialog..." with my mouse, I Ctrl-Shift-P to launch the Print System Dialog window to further select and edit options (as one must), it works!"

I have the problem on a Win10 laptop with the Edge browser, but was able to re-create the problem on my personal Ubuntu laptop in Firefox and Chrome, so it seemed to be a bug. We're running Koha 23.05.11. ByWater turned off some of our custom JS, but that resulted in a spawned printing window that was mis-sized and lacked scroll bars to access options! So I don't know where exactly the bug lies--I'm happy to do more testing/exploring to help figure it out, though! I haven't tried to replicate the problem on any demo sites.

Cheerio!
