Since we have dedup_authorities.pl, it would be nice to have something for bibliographic records as well.

Ideally, the script would dedupe bib records with specified deduplication parameters.  For instance, if multiple records have the same isbn, title, author, itemtype, dedupe and merge to a record that is either more complete or has been recently catalogued.
