Description Helen Linda 2011-06-25 19:12:16 UTC
Lists currently print without navigational elements, but they do print with images. A great feature would be to create a printer friendly version that strips out all the images in addition to nav elements so that it is compact and clean:

1. Could be something like Gmail has for printing an email, wherein you click print and it opens the "Printer-Friendly" version in a new window in addition to the printer dialog box.

2. Could have options set on the staff side for what an insitution would wanto print. Some places might wish to keep elements, like cover art, that others would not.

This may be an old request, bug we would love to see useful list printing.

We have had patron requests for this as well. A downloadable or printable reading history as well would be a great enhancement --without the book jackets and extra stuff, just title and author.

Hi Karen, please consider filing a separate bug for the reading history - it will make it more visible and it should best be a separate patch to keep things nice and testable.

This is possible now with the export/print options on top of the table :)
