Icon used in cataloging to trigger plugins

The cataloging interface uses an icon as a link to trigger plugin pop-ups. Other pages, like add item in cataloging and add item in acquisitions, use "..." It would be better if this was consistent.

I would say the icon used on addbiblio (attached for reference) is generic enough for wide use.

I agree, using the icon on other pages would make sense to me.

Still valid.

We just got a complaint about the ... being easy to miss and hard to click - I'd love if we could change them to a nice FA icon.
Comment 5 Katrin Fischer 2022-03-30 13:54:40 UTC
I think it would be a nice ergonomic and accessibility improvement to swith out the ... in the item editor to something bigger and easier to see and click.

Still keen on this one :)
Comment 7 Katrin Fischer 2022-10-06 09:51:54 UTC
Maybe as a first small step we could replace the ... with the icon used in the cataloguing editor?
