[PASSED QA] Bug 10183: Remove single pixel on the serials collection page

Test plan:
Go on the serials collection page
Check that the single pixels before and after the table have
disappeared.

Pixels are removed, table functions work as before.

This patch has been pushed to master and 3.12.x.

Does not apply to 3.10.x . But I dont think it is needed, if I am wrong please send a patch for 3.10.x
