Description Michal Denar 2014-07-21 15:53:06 UTC
Hi,
our National library accept new/edited authority records just via Z39.50. YAZ offer this but Koha not. Is here some chance to implement it?

Thanks

Mike

Please have a look at Koha's koha-conf.xml.
You need to uncomment and/or copy some lines referring to port 9999 and authorityserver (copy from publicserver to publicauthserver or so, and make some biblio to auth changes).
Check your changes and restart Zebra.
If your edits were fine, your Koha/Zebra will now send auth records on port 9999 via Z39.50 and/or SRU.

I agree that the default conf file should make this operation somewhat more smoothly as it is now..
But you are allowed to send patches to make that happen :)

It isn't a bug but a request on help about setup of z39.50 server
