---- Reported by pascale.nalon@ensmp.fr 2007-02-23 22:43:30 ---- When editing a new tag and setting up marcsubfields, you actually can take an another framework for pattern. In case of modifiing something in some tags (it's the case currently with the new version of UNIMARC), you must set up the tags framework by framework. It would be usefull to be able to choose one tag in a framework for pattern, in case you want to change in only some tags, and not the whole framework. ---- Additional Comments From jmf@liblime.com 2007-10-04 14:35:16 ---- nice idea ... bumping up to 3.0 --- Bug imported by chris@bigballofwax.co.nz 2010-05-20 23:41 UTC --- This bug was previously known as _bug_ 1289 at http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1289 Actual time not defined. Resolved by export/import framework feature in 3.4
I think the export/import makes it easier to edit the frameworks, but you can still not add a tag to all frameworks at once - which would be really nice. I think we should leave this open?
So many good ideas to deal with, no patch since 9 years, I close again (and remove assignment to me)
I used to like the idea of modifying the MARC frameworks, but in my experience people tend to do more harm than good when modifying them...
