Main Staff Screen in IE11

Koha staff screens are complete off in Internet Explorer. We are using IE11. This is not happening with 3.16, so I believe this is something new. It looks as if some or none of the CSS is being applied. Looks fine in FireFox and Chrome. See attachments for examples.

I'm suspecting CSS, as fonts are larger and colors are off, such as on the top menu. You'll see colors are different AND the fonts are different. See 3rd attachment for comparison.

I do not see this problem in Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7. From the screenshots it looks as if some CSS is not being loaded. I recommend checking your CSS-related system preferences for errors and verifying IE is loading all the right CSS files.

Issue disappeared after further testing. Not sure why this was happening, but seems to be resolved for the time being. I will reopen this bug if it returns and persists.
