To recreate: 1 - Place a hold through the opac 2 - View your account->Holds 3 - Click suspend hold 4 - You should be able to select a date using the arrows and calender but the dropdowns do not function.
Checking out the original commit, it looks as if it never worked. Either that or Firefox has changed somehow in the past year to break it.
