This is happening with ReservesNeedReturns switched on.

This happens if you are trying to return an item at another branch/library than its home one.
This message overrides the reserve, and even though it does update the holdingbranch to where you have just returned it. It doesnt update the reserve.

Ok, it now honours the reserve even if you return it at a branch other than homebranch.
